I have Celiac disease and I am vitamin deficient. I am a female who is concerned that my hair is falling out at record levels. What I am eating is not enough to keep hair on my head! I have other concerns with medications and how they react with food in my body. Allergies are also a major concern; especially food allergies. In addition, a very bothersome 3- decade-long rectal itch, obviously bowel-related which affects me mostly at night before bedtime. I want to be responsible for my personal input and output. |
